Single tooth replacement to replace existing denture. The spacing of the upper front teeth prevented the use of a bridge.

This patient requested a bridge instead of the existing denture. The bony ridge was too narrow and so artificial bone was grafted around the smaller implant. This was covered with a membrane (the titanium strengtheners within this are just visible in the picture)

Large anterior bridge, and its predecessor, had failed. The bridge retainers were sectioned and the missing teeth replaced with implant born crowns

Patient requested implant / tooth supported bridgework on the grounds of economy despite being advised of the potential problems.
Moveable joints where fitted between the teeth and the implants
This lower molar was removed and replaced with a single tooth implant supported crown. The positioning does not look ideal but the bone anatomy at the time of surgery precluded placing the implant more centrally in the space.
