Case 1
This patient was unhappy with the appearance !
He was also unhappy with his previous treatment carried out at a London Hospital !
But he was happy in the end

Case 2
This patient was very nervous and is here biting "edge to edge". The upper teeth are not hidden behind the lowers and have been badly worn down.
The upper teeth were built up with composite white filling.This is a diagnostic procedure to determine if bite opening will produce jaw joint problems.
The teeth were then prepared for crowns
The crowns were then fitted followed by the provision of partial dentures.

This patients teeth were wearing down and this picture shows the first phase of the treatment - a bite opening appliance.
Crowns were then constructed
The end result !

This patient, although not technically a tooth wear case, had an extremely strong bite and all the previous attempts at denture construction had resulted in repeated breakage's.
This metal denture has almost solved the problem.
